My Buyer Profile

In this video, I'll take you through the Buyer Profile I've created and am sending to brokers in order to get their attention and (hopefully) convince them to let me know as soon as good deals hit the market.

In this video, I'll take you on a quick tour of the buyer profile I created. Other than my contact info being redacted, this is exactly what I'm sending out to brokers.

The profile includes information about me that brokers generally have to spend time and energy gathering from potential buyers. This includes what types of companies I'm looking for (my "buy box"), personal financial information, work history, and more.

I'm sure there are templates for this sort of thing out there, but I decided to make it from scratch. That seemed like the best way to stand out from the crowd.

In the next video, I'll talk through the strategy I'm leveraging to get this profile in front of brokers and hopefully get their attention.
