Good question. The feedback I've gotten is that brokers have to draw the information in my buyer profile out of prospective buyers. One broker said he put together a questionnaire requesting some (not all) of the info in my buyer profile and it ends up being filled out about 20% of the time.
So I guess what it does is help to demonstrate that I'm less likely to be a tire-kicker than others who reach out for info on a deal.
